This full gut renovation transformed a one-bedroom, one-bath apartment into a two-bedroom, two-bath corporate residence designed for colleagues and guests visiting New York City for business. The layout was reconfigured to maximize comfort and privacy, including an enlarged primary bath with a double vanity and modern conveniences throughout. Central air, in-unit laundry, and panel-ready kitchen appliances created a polished, hospitality-driven living experience. The primary challenge was creating an additional bedroom and bathroom within the existing footprint while maintaining comfort, flow, and a sense of openness appropriate for a high-functioning guest residence.
