Union Street Craftsman

This renovation reimagined an outdated two-unit rental property into a thoughtfully restored single-family home with three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, a flex library and guest room, and dedicated laundry space. Public living areas were restructured to support entertaining and everyday family life, while outdoor spaces were expanded to
better connect the kitchen, dining room, and deck. Because previous renovations had stripped much of the original architectural character, the project focused on carefully rebuilding a sense of authenticity, salvaging original materials and introducing modern details that complemented the Craftsman period without relying on historically exact reproduction.
